Pe final assesment

Pe 10 active learning has benefited me in so many ways. Whenever I've done pe before i enjoy it but this year I enjoyed it even more. I felt way more inspired to work harder and enjoyed the feeling of being sore the next morning because I know I pushed myself. I believe that's the what your trying to teach that when you find motivation and inspiration run with it because it a only gonna benefit you in the future and have fun with our peers and grow together and motivate eachother. The importance is finding that motivation and inspiration I found it with dance and it feels really good to know that there is a workout that I enjoy that I could do every night or once a week on the nike training club app I honestly am so happy I got that app it's so useful to me! I believe I deserve a in the middle A. I know I am not always trying my 100% because I have off days but I do put an effort in everyday. Like I said before I love the feeling of being sore in a spot that I worked out on purpose! It hurts but I get satisfied. If I really feel motivated to work out something but our class has to do something else in brings down my motivation for what were doing, but other than that I usually don't have any obstacles unles I'm having a bad day. Somedays I give up and just want an excuse but I push through it other days my peers help me through it and it helps bring back my motivation! I believe I'm pretty active my meals may not be the healthiest considering I love chocolate but other than that I'm pretty healthy I think. I always hve clothes to change into and nothing stops me from bringing because I usually bring it home wash it and leave it by my bag. My peers and I usually put in a good effort on regular days mostly because we support eachother! On fitness days I try my hardest unless I'm hurt or sore from the day before but otherwise I always try for my personal best somedays I'm off or higher which only pushes me to do better. I try my best to motivate and inspire others the way they do to me. My peers and I usually clean up after games or activitys and make teams when need be. My inspiration before was a lot worse then it, it is there's a few muscle groups I want to make better as most girls I know do as well but it took a while to find a good workout. I set goals to be sore the next morning for most days and it worked for sure. I learned that having motivation from my peers helps improve my performance level in pe. I would like to say is change the way I feel about it being so early in the morning and having cheaply days but there's not much I can do about that. I will for sure use the nike teaming app when pe ends! But I have dance on top of that a lot of compitions are coming so there's a lot more practices and I'm planning to join field hockey again! :)

    I'm glad that dance is providing you an enthusiastic sense of purpose and activity that you look forward to. You and your friends definitely exude a sense of self pride in trying to be active and healthy.

    I'm glad you were able to be open and honest about the occasional unmotivated day. You are an active person with field hockey and dance and sometimes you get worn down. Being able to distinguish between 'lazy' feeling days and completely run down days will help you maximize your performance in whatever activity you are engaging in.

    Hopefully you are planning on taking Superfit or Sr. Phys Ed in the upcoming years. Best of luck in your dance competitions this year!
