Pe final assesment
Pe 10 active learning has benefited me in so many ways. Whenever I've done pe before i enjoy it but this year I enjoyed it even more. I felt way more inspired to work harder and enjoyed the feeling of being sore the next morning because I know I pushed myself. I believe that's the what your trying to teach that when you find motivation and inspiration run with it because it a only gonna benefit you in the future and have fun with our peers and grow together and motivate eachother. The importance is finding that motivation and inspiration I found it with dance and it feels really good to know that there is a workout that I enjoy that I could do every night or once a week on the nike training club app I honestly am so happy I got that app it's so useful to me! I believe I deserve a in the middle A. I know I am not always trying my 100% because I have off days but I do put an effort in everyday. Like I said before I love the feeling of being sore in a spot that I worked out on purpose! It hurts but I get satisfied. If I really feel motivated to work out something but our class has to do something else in brings down my motivation for what were doing, but other than that I usually don't have any obstacles unles I'm having a bad day. Somedays I give up and just want an excuse but I push through it other days my peers help me through it and it helps bring back my motivation! I believe I'm pretty active my meals may not be the healthiest considering I love chocolate but other than that I'm pretty healthy I think. I always hve clothes to change into and nothing stops me from bringing because I usually bring it home wash it and leave it by my bag. My peers and I usually put in a good effort on regular days mostly because we support eachother! On fitness days I try my hardest unless I'm hurt or sore from the day before but otherwise I always try for my personal best somedays I'm off or higher which only pushes me to do better. I try my best to motivate and inspire others the way they do to me. My peers and I usually clean up after games or activitys and make teams when need be. My inspiration before was a lot worse then it, it is there's a few muscle groups I want to make better as most girls I know do as well but it took a while to find a good workout. I set goals to be sore the next morning for most days and it worked for sure. I learned that having motivation from my peers helps improve my performance level in pe. I would like to say is change the way I feel about it being so early in the morning and having cheaply days but there's not much I can do about that. I will for sure use the nike teaming app when pe ends! But I have dance on top of that a lot of compitions are coming so there's a lot more practices and I'm planning to join field hockey again! :)

Self evaluation
Grade 10 pe so far I have really enjoyed! Everyone is very optimistic, friendly, and motivational. I believe I help lead classes by setting up equipment and leading games and activities. I think I try really hard not to be biased in any way but whenever we have choice I participate with my friends and try to have a good time. I also try to motivate my friends to have a good time, and if we are playing something that they may not be great at I help encourage them to do well. When we do fitness I also believe I put in a great amount of effort I proud to say I was the second last girl on the beep test with maybe not my highest score of 10.8 my highest was 12 which I hope to achieve once again. I was really mad when my back started hurting. It was because and still is because of field hockey and the way you are almost always bent over or squating resulting in my back muscles to become overused and very very sore and push my spine out. I am very happy that the chiropractor has helped make it better and I am excited to be back to doing all my sports once again. It doesn't help that I do dance about 12 hours a week for my studio as well as the after school dance teams. I dance jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and a few others. My mom is one of my biggest supporters she always encourages me to do well in all the busy things I do! My friends are very supportive of me doing all my sports as well, they completely understand when I have sports and I can't hangout and a lot if the time they ask to come with and watch! Which makes me feel really happy that there willing to support me a well! I play league field Hockey and lot of my friends ask to come and watch along with my dance completions. It's bad to say but one of my favourite foods is chocolate :)! Even though it's really bad, I do eat a good amount of healthy things as well thanks to my mom! I barely ever drink pop on the odd occasion if I'm at the movies or really tired and need energy or just crave it which is very rare! I often drink cranberry juice, water, or milk. My mom almost always makes pretty healthy meals for me so I am lucky for that because they taste good too! I hope to keep going as strong as I was before my back got hurt!

I think I have done very well this year considering the injuries I have had to deal with and have had to overcome. I am not used to getting injured and did not like sitting out. I really enjoy PE and enjoy being active. I have been dancing and playing field hockey as well,
There has been some classes where I did not give 100% effort and know that I need to give more effort. There were some days where I had been tired due to dancing after school and then field hockey and then dancing again later. I also found that I had to really learn about time management in getting homework done and still doing all my other activities.
I have really enjoyed learning how to play field hockey. It is a very interesting sport with lots of running. I usually play mid field or forward. I have met some awesome girls and made lots of new friends. We have two more weeks of field hockey and I am sad that it is ending already.
I dance at the school as well as for my dance studio, Dance Excel.
I hope to continue dancing with no further injuries to my hip. I am finally starting to feel no pain in the my hip which has taken a long time to heal.
Finally after my hip felt better I was able to participate in PE and then I ended up getting sick. My cold lasted for over a month and I had a lot of trouble running and exerting myself without breaking into a coughing fit. I was so tired as I was not able to get a proper sleep as I was always coughing, I am so glad that I have finally gotten over my cold.
PE is one of my favorite classes as I enjoy being active and having fun with lots of new people. I really enjoyed my year with Mr. Neufeld. He is an awesome teacher with lots of great advice. I feel I have grown as a person and I am looking forward to PE in September.

This semester so far I have slowly got back into doing PE after injuring my hip. I am now doing dance three times a week as usual while also doing field hockey practice once a week and a game a week :) I will post a photo from field hockey below when I get home and maybe one from dance if I can find it. I participated in a game of capture the flag last class and I feel like I did really good for I just started back up. I ran lots even though it might have taken me a while because I was trying to warm up while wearing shorts :(. I am noticing more and more how much my mood and others can effect the entire classes mood it definitely helps when I come with a good excited attitude towards trying hard and putting in a good effort to improve my abilities. I enjoy playing outside I feel like I can get tired and bored easily playing games inside while when were outside the cold wakes me up a bit and it makes me want to work even more so I can get warm and not freeze. I will start to post more videos and pics of me working out inside and outside of school :)!!

INTERMS :)
This semester so far I believe I have been bringing positive attitude and my gym strip. Until I hurt my hip :( but I still stretched it when I did yoga to try and get it back to not being so painful. I found out that I had water on my hip and was told to limit my activities. This was something I did not want to do as I really enjoy PE. I was told that if I did not that I would have to have the water drained from my hip and it would take a lot longer to heal. Until I was injured I thought I was doing very well in PE. I try to be a good leader and be positive to everyone even while I have been off PE. I feel my mark should be high as I still attend all the classes, have not been late, have my gym strip, have a positive attitude and try to encourage everyone to be the best they can be. I am looking forward to participating to my full potential once my hip has fully healed.

During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate
in a variety of activities? On what days have you participated to your best effort and
why? What days have been a struggle for you and why? i come with PE strip, and a positive attitude. My best effort would probably have to be on fitness days because those are the days i want to see how hard i can push my self. On choice is where i struggle because sometimes if you didn't pick the right group i can get bored easily.
How do you contribute to the overall success of the class? What kind of attitude do
you bring and why? How do you interact with other students in our class? I'm positive and usually make people feel the same way and i do it because that's just my personality so it made it easier for me to have that attitude. i talk to the students in my class and have become quite close with some of them.
Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself
physically? What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most? What fitness
goals do you have for the rest of the year? I do push my self for example on the beep test i try to do better every time. i enjoy volleyball because your moving and if you have a good group of people it can be a lot of fun. I want to stay healthy and keep getting better scores on the beep test.
What does "leadership" mean to you? Who are the best leaders in our class - why? it means someone who leads a group by doing something well or positive so people follow and become leaders their selves and make good choices. I don't believe their is a best leader every ones a leader in their own way in my class i believe.
What improvements would you like to make in PE by the end of the year? What are
you the most proud of so far? Being able to make everyone feel positive when theirs fitness days. Getting a high number on the beep test and being the last girl running in my grade.
Finally, what letter grade A, B, C+, C, C- (gulp) best represents the effort you just described?
