Self evaluation

Grade 10 pe so far I have really enjoyed! Everyone is very optimistic, friendly, and motivational. I believe I help lead classes by setting up equipment and leading games and  activities. I think I try really hard not to be biased in any way but whenever we have choice I participate with my friends and try to have a good time. I also try to motivate my friends to have a good time, and if we are playing something that they may not be great at I help encourage them to do well. When we do fitness I also believe I put in a great amount of effort I proud to say I was the second last girl on the beep test with maybe not my highest score of 10.8 my highest was 12 which I hope to achieve once again. I was really mad when my back started hurting. It was because and still is because of field hockey and the way you are almost always bent over or squating resulting in my back muscles to become overused and very very sore and push my spine out. I am very happy that the chiropractor has helped make it better and I am excited to be back to doing all my sports once again. It doesn't help that I do dance about 12 hours a week for my studio as well as the after school dance teams. I dance jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and a few others. My mom is one of my biggest supporters she always encourages me to do well in all the busy things I do! My friends are very supportive of me doing all my sports as well, they completely understand when I have sports and I can't hangout and a lot if the time they ask to come with and watch! Which makes me feel really happy that there willing to support me a well! I play league field Hockey and lot of my friends ask to come and watch along with my dance completions. It's bad to say but one of my favourite foods is chocolate :)! Even though it's really bad, I do eat a good amount of healthy things as well thanks to my mom! I barely ever drink pop on the odd occasion if I'm at the movies or really tired and need energy or just crave it which is very rare! I often drink cranberry juice, water, or milk. My mom almost always makes pretty healthy meals for me so I am lucky for that because they taste good too! I hope to keep going as strong as I was before my back got hurt!
